Many patients have questions about whether their insurance will be accepted and how much they will be expected to pay out of pocket. At North Creek Dental Care, we work to make this process as simple as possible. Our team will file your claim, handle the paperwork, and work to help you get the most out of your benefits at every visit.
Insurance Information
We Accept Most Major PPO Insurance Plans
North Creek Dental Care is a fee-for-service practice that participates as an out-of-network provider with most major PPO plans. Being out-of-network does not mean your insurance will not help cover your care. In many cases, your PPO plan will still reimburse a portion of your treatment costs. When you come in, we will perform a complimentary insurance analysis so you know exactly what to expect before treatment begins.
We accept assignment of benefits, meaning we will bill your insurance company directly on your behalf. We ask that patients cover their estimated portion at the time of service, and we will handle everything on the back end.

What to Expect as an Out-of-Network Patient
Being Out-of-Network Still Works in Your Favor
Choosing an out-of-network provider gives you the freedom to see the dentist of your choice rather than being limited to a narrowed list of in-network providers. Your PPO insurance was designed with this flexibility in mind. Most PPO plans will still provide reimbursement for covered services even when you visit a provider who is not contracted with your plan.
When you call our office with questions about your insurance, our team will help walk you through your options. Rather than giving you specific coverage estimates over the phone, we prefer to do a proper insurance analysis when you come in so that the information we provide is accurate and based on your actual plan.
We also accept HSA and FSA funds as a form of payment, which can be used alongside your insurance benefits to further reduce your out-of-pocket costs.
For patients who do not have insurance or have exhausted their annual benefits, we offer an in-house membership plan as well as third-party financing options. These are designed to make sure cost is never the reason a patient delays needed dental care.

Do you accept my insurance?
We work with most major PPO insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. This means that even if we are not listed as an in-network provider with your plan, your benefits can still apply toward your care. What does it mean that you are out-of-network?
Being out-of-network simply means we have not contracted with your insurance company at a pre-negotiated rate. However, most PPO plans are specifically designed to give patients the freedom to see any licensed dentist. When you visit North Creek Dental Care, we will file your claim directly with your insurer, accept assignment of benefits, and collect only your estimated patient portion at the time of service.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
Patients without dental insurance have several options at North Creek Dental Care. Our in-house membership plan provides adults with comprehensive annual coverage for $475 per year and children for $400 per year, including two exams, two cleanings, all necessary X-rays, oral cancer screenings, and 15% off all treatments. We also offer financing through CareCredit, Cherry, and Proceed Finance for patients who need flexible payment arrangements.
